o   Transportation & Errands (medical appointments, pharmacy, grocery runs)
Each service can be scheduled hourly, daily, or weekly and tailored to individual needs.

Where do you serve?

Our primary service area is Hennepin County (Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs). We also serve select neighborhoods in Ramsey and Dakota Counties by request. If you live outside these areas, give us a call—sometimes we can make special arrangements.

How much do your services cost?

Accepted Answer

o   Light Housekeeping: $30/hour
o   Meal Preparation: $35/hour
o   Medication Reminders: $35/hour
o   Companionship: $30/hour
o   Transportation & Errands: $40/hour (plus mileage if applicable)
We offer package rates for recurring weekly/hourly visits. We accept private pay and can bill through Minnesota Waiver programs (CADI, Elderly Waiver, Brain Injury Waiver) when authorized.

Question 4

Do you accept insurance or Medicaid waivers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are enrolled as a provider with Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) and can bill through CADI, Elderly Waiver (EW), or Brain Injury Waiver (BI) once your case manager issues a service authorization. For private-pay clients, we accept credit cards, checks, or direct deposit.

What qualifications and background checks do your caregivers have?

All Fiducia caregivers undergo:
o   A state‐approved background check (criminal and abuse registry)
o   TB test and up‐to‐date immunizations
o   CPR/First Aid certification
o   Ongoing in‐house training on dementia care, fall prevention, and HIPAA compliance
Many of our caregivers are also certified nursing assistants (CNAs) or home health aides (HHAs). We match each client with a caregiver whose skills and personality best fit their needs.

How do I get started?

2.  Free Assessment: We’ll schedule a no-obligation home visit to assess needs, review your goals, and craft a personalized care plan.
3.  Care Plan & Schedule: Once you approve, we provide an intake packet (agreement, emergency contacts, care instructions) and begin care on your chosen start date

Question 7

Can I change or cancel scheduled visits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We ask for at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, a cancellation fee equal to one hour of service may apply. For ongoing weekly schedules, we can adjust your plan as needs evolve—just give us a week’s notice for major changes.

What if I need help after hours or on weekends?

We maintain an on-call line 24/7 for clients and families. During regular business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 am–6 pm), call our main office at (952) 220-5224. After hours/weekends, dial the same number and press “0” to be connected to our on-call manager. Emergency needs (e.g., a sudden fall or hospitalization) will be prioritized for next-day service, whenever possible.

Are your services limited to seniors?

Accepted Answer

No. While many of our clients are seniors, we also serve younger adults with disabilities, post-operative recovery needs, or anyone who requires in-home management. Our waiver billing (CADI, EW, BI) covers eligible adults under 65 with qualifying disabilities.

How do you ensure client safety and confidentiality?

Accepted Answer

o   Safety Protocols: Caregivers complete home-safety checklists, follow infection-control guidelines, and carry emergency response devices.
o   HIPAA Compliance: We maintain secure record-keeping and only collect necessary medical information. All staff sign confidentiality agreements and undergo HIPAA training.
o   Regular Supervision: Supervisors conduct random ride-alongs and chart reviews to confirm quality of care and adherence to your care plan.
