We provide licensed Home Management Services, including:
o Light Housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
o Meal Preparation (grocery shopping and cooking)
o Medication Reminders (prompting clients to take medications on schedule)
o Companionship (conversation, games, emotional support)
o Transportation & Errands (medical appointments, pharmacy, grocery runs) Each service can be scheduled hourly, daily, or weekly and tailored to individual needs.
o Light Housekeeping: $30/hour
o Meal Preparation: $35/hour
o Medication Reminders: $35/hour
o Companionship: $30/hour
o Transportation & Errands: $40/hour (plus mileage if applicable) We offer package rates for recurring weekly/hourly visits. We accept private pay and can bill through Minnesota Waiver programs (CADI, Elderly Waiver, Brain Injury Waiver) when authorized.
All Fiducia caregivers undergo:
o A state‐approved background check (criminal and abuse registry)
o TB test and up‐to‐date immunizations
o CPR/First Aid certification
o Ongoing in‐house training on dementia care, fall prevention, and HIPAA compliance Many of our caregivers are also certified nursing assistants (CNAs) or home health aides (HHAs). We match each client with a caregiver whose skills and personality best fit their needs.

2. Free Assessment: We’ll schedule a no-obligation home visit to assess needs, review your goals, and craft a personalized care plan.
3. Care Plan & Schedule: Once you approve, we provide an intake packet (agreement, emergency contacts, care instructions) and begin care on your chosen start date
We maintain an on-call line 24/7 for clients and families. During regular business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 am–6 pm), call our main office at (952) 220-5224. After hours/weekends, dial the same number and press “0” to be connected to our on-call manager. Emergency needs (e.g., a sudden fall or hospitalization) will be prioritized for next-day service, whenever possible.
o Safety Protocols: Caregivers complete home-safety checklists, follow infection-control guidelines, and carry emergency response devices.
o HIPAA Compliance: We maintain secure record-keeping and only collect necessary medical information. All staff sign confidentiality agreements and undergo HIPAA training.
o Regular Supervision: Supervisors conduct random ride-alongs and chart reviews to confirm quality of care and adherence to your care plan.
